Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tagverifyapp.com and the Tag Verify label-generation service, operated by Tag Verify LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Tag Verify," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tag Verify generates GS1-128 compliant case and pallet labels, including retailer-specific pallet fields for certain retailers, based on the information you enter. Tag Verify is a labeling tool — it is your responsibility to verify that the information you enter (GTIN, lot, pack date, origin, and retailer-specific fields) is accurate, and to confirm final compliance with your retailer's own requirements before shipping. Tag Verify does not guarantee that a retailer will accept any specific label, and is not a substitute for your own compliance review.

Accounts and billing

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, per the plan you select on the Pricing page. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
• You may cancel at any time from your Billing page; cancellation takes effect per the terms in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tag Verify to generate labels containing false or fraudulent product information, to attempt to access another customer's account or data, or to interfere with or disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

Tag Verify retains all rights to the service itself (the software, label-generation logic, and branding). You retain all rights to the data you enter — your grower profiles and label data remain yours, and you can export or request deletion of it at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tag Verify is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any label generated will be accepted by any specific retailer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag Verify LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost shipments, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Tag Verify in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other customers.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
